Things are really heating up and voter turnout will be CRITICAL in this election! Judge Minihan serves as the Administrative Judge, and is responsible for managing 124 local justice courts, 11 City Courts, and the Supreme, County, Family and Surrogates' Courts in Westchester, Rockland, Orange Dutchess and Putnam counties. Her experience is beyond extensive with 30+ years in the NYS Court System - as the Senior Principal Court Attorney to a Justice of the Appellate Division, as the Senior Principal Court Attorney to a Justice of the Supreme Court, as an Acting Village Justice, an Acting Town Justice, an Acting City Court Judge, an Acting Family Court Judge, an elected County Court Judge, as an Acting Justice of the Supreme Court and as the Administrative Judge of the Ninth Judicial District.
