Yonkers Insider: Yonkers City Council: FEEDBACK REQUESTED Re: Term Limits: Yonkers City Council Meetings- November 15, 2022 by Yonkers City Councilwoman Corazon Pineda Issac 2nd District.

 


On Tuesday, November 15, 2022, the Yonkers City Council held a Special City Council Stated meeting, followed by our regularly scheduled Rules Committee meeting. All items on the agendas appear below, as well as the decisions taken by the City Council in regard to these items.

In an effort to provide some feedback to my colleagues on the Council on where the community stands in regard to the proposed increase in term limits for elected officials, please reply to this email stating your position.
Special Stated City Council Meeting Agenda


1.   Special Ordinance - Determining the terms, form, and details of issuance of $69,590,000 general obligation serial bonds - 2022F and $9,625,000 school bonds-2022G of the city, directing their private sale, and providing for the rights of the holders of said bonds and other obligations of the city. (Adopted 6-0)
