Great day for events across Yonkers! First, I stopped by the Chili Hilly 5K and greeted runners as they geared up for the brief race in Northwest Yonkers. Next I stopped by The Matthew Wallace Foundation’s annual Trunk or Treat in Nodine Hill, where my office distributed candy to children, as well as safety information for parents and guardians. Finally, I attended the much anticipated Yonkers Public Schools Brave vs. Force football game at Roosevelt High School. It was great to see both teams face off at the recently renovated athletic field which was made possible through New York State funding. Never a dull day in the City of Yonkers!
