Each October, Mayor Spano participates in American Cancer Society’s ‘Real Men Wear Pink’ campaign to raise awareness and money to support their mission to save more lives than ever from breast cancer.


On average, every 2 minutes a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer in the United States. It’s time for change.
