NEW YORK STATE ELDERLY PHARMACEUTICAL INSURANCE COVERAGE (EPIC) This New York State program helps more than 325,000 income-eligible seniors aged 65 and older to supplement their out-of-pocket Medicare Part D drug plan costs.
