Yonkers Insider: HILLCREST SOFTBALL PURSUES LITTLE LEAGUE WORLD SERIES.

 


Congratulations to the Hillcrest Lakers 10u girls who came back from being down 8-2 to force extra innings and win the district 21 championship by a score of 10-9. Now this team is on the road to sectionals in pursuit of the 2022 Little League Softball World Series in Greenville, North Carolina.

I was able to attend the first game of the series and watched this team comeback in the last inning to win. What a determined bunch of girls!
