Yonkers Insider: Statement from New York State Assemblyman Nader Sayegh 90th District.

 


Friends,
The racist attack on grocery store shoppers in Buffalo calls on all leaders, irrespective of their political affiliation, to stand together and unequivocally denounce racist white supremacist conspiracy theories like the ones cited by the gunman in his manifesto.

I'm deeply concerned by the proliferation of this hateful rhetoric in our political discourse and media, which has become increasingly normalized by forces that aim to divide us for political gain. We must all do what we can do to heal these divisions and uplift all our communities.
