For the 95th State Assembly District: Current Assemblywoman Sandy Galef has decided not to Seek Re-Election in the 2022 Election Cycle. This District is an Open Seat with 4 Democrats running for this Seat in A Democratic Party Primary. 

The Candidates are the Following: Westchester County Legislator Colin Smith Serving 2nd District for 2 Terms, Andre Rainey Former Peekskill Mayor, Dana Levenberg Current Ossining Town Supervisor and Vanessa Agudelo Former Member of the Peekskill Common Council.

Some Endorsements have happened in this Race so far: Assemblywoman Galef has Endorsed Dana Levenberg in this race, Westchester COBA and Cortlandt Democrats have endorsed Westchester County Legislator Colin Smith. Peekskill Democrats have Endorsed Andre Rainey. Working Families Party has endorsed the Candidacy of Vanessa Agudelo on their Party Line. 

The Winner of the Democratic Party Primary will face Republican and Conservative Party Candidate Stacy Halper in the General Election in November.
