The Yonkers City Council held a Rules Committee meeting this evening, March 1, 2022. All items on the agenda appear below, as well as the decisions taken by the City Council in regard to these items. In addition, a public hearing was held in regard to the Ludlow FGEIS. 

City Council Rules Committee Meeting Items for Consideration by Administration 1.       Resolution – advice and consent of the appointment of Joana Helen Aggrey as First Deputy Corporation Counsel. (No Fiscal Impact.) (All Councilmembers.) (Moved to Stated City Council meeting agenda of March 8, 2022)   2.       Resolution – advice and consent of the appointment of Dusan Lakic as Second Deputy Corporation Counsel. (No Fiscal Impact.) (All Councilmembers.) (Moved to Stated City Council meeting agenda of March 8, 2022)   3.       Special Ordinance – confirming the Tax Roll for Westchester County Taxes, including Sewer District Taxes and Refuse Disposal District Taxes for the calendar year 2022 and levying and assessing the taxes contained therein. (No Fiscal Impact.)
