On Wednesday, February 2, 2022, my office hosted a virtual community meeting in coordination with the Yonkers Planning Department. The Planning Deputy Commissioner and the consultants from BFJ Planning were able to give a presentation about the Ludlow Community Plan, which was followed by a very informative Q&A session. We had over 40 participants at the meeting, and the feedback has been very positive. The resolution for accepting the Final GEIS on the proposed Ludlow Community Plan and Zoning Amendments is scheduled to be on our Stated City Council meeting agenda for Tuesday, February 8, 2022.
