“That’s effectively what Governor Kathy Hochul is saying by pushing universal mail-in voting. New York voters expressly rejected the proposal as a ballot initiative in November, and the governor is now running a brazen and unconstitutional end-around of the voters’ will. If she continues, she will have broken the public trust within weeks of taking office, a shameful

mark on her short stint as governor.
