On the evening of Sunday, November 14, 2021, a major fire at 70 and 72 Ash Street resulted in the displacement of 11 families. Many community organizations and private individuals have stepped up to provide assistance to the displaced families. My office has been working to coordinate these efforts.
While I can't list them all, I'd like to take the time to thank everyone who has provided assistance thus far. With the holidays approaching, it’s a particularly difficult time to find yourself without your home and all of your possessions. Together, we’ll continue to do all we can to help these families get back on their feet.
