Many business owners struggled to stay illuminated during the height of the pandemic, and we want to thank them for providing the community with unique options and opportunities as we slowly begin to feel a sense of normalcy again. Westchester County is committed to the communities we live in and part of that tapestry includes small businesses that help create jobs and preserve culture.”
