Eight months ago, I called for ex-Governor Cuomo to resign. The Assembly Judiciary report explains why.
As a Judiciary Committee member, I reviewed the evidence and approved outside counsel's report that documents Andrew Cuomo's abuse of power. He created a toxic workplace which resulted in the sexual harassment of several women. He used his government staff on government time to write his $5 million dollar book. He misrepresented COVID deaths of nursing home residents to give the false impression that his pandemic policies were more effective than others.
