Yonkers Insider: Yonkers City Councilman John Rubbo 4th District:CHARTER SCHOOL OF EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE.





On September 15, I attended a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Charter School of Educational Excellence.  The school is a $27 million state-of-the-art high school.  It is a 78,000 square foot high school located at 220 Warburton Avenue.  

I had the privilege of touring this amazing facility.
