Yonkers Insider: Yonkers City Councilman John Rubbo 4th District: CITY OF YONKERS, FAMILY OF LATE YONKERS NATIVE PAT QUINN AND EMPIRE CITY CASINO 2021 ICE BUCKET CHALLENGE.

 


This year's ALS Ice Bucket Challenge with Quinn for the Win and Empire City Casino was a bittersweet one.  This is the first year without Pat Quinn there to cheer us on. We will continue with our commitment every August to continue Pat's mission to raise awareness of ALS and the need for research funding to find a cure.

I did have a proud Dad moment.  My eldest son, Dominic, joined me this year to fight to beat ALS.  He was a champ!! So proud!!


Rest In Peace my friend! You are missed!
