Congratulations to our first Female Governor in the Great State of New York!  A glass ceiling has been broken and Gov. Kathy Hochul has made the history books.  Governor Hochul has dedicated her life to public service.  She is a tireless fighter for the people of New York, a trait that I am confidant will continue with her as Governor.
