This opens the door to greater grant eligibility ... and it is the firm, definitive statement that people aren’t “leaving” Westchester (some leave, but more come in)... they are embracing our quality of life and becoming part of this terrific community!

PS Yonkers just surpassed Rochester and is now the #3 largest city in NYS, behind NYC and Buffalo
