During my recent visit to the John C. Hart Memorial Library in Shrub Oak I saw first-hand how the library is functioning during the pandemic. Thanks to the library's new director, Yvonne Cech, as well as board members Sunitha Howard and Kathy Law-Imperato for showing me around.
