Some interesting facts about our town! And, more funding because population increased.
US CENSUS FINDS THAT GREENBURGH POPULATION GREW FROM 88, 373 TO 95,397 SINCE 2010.
Last year the town of Greenburgh waged an aggressive effort to encourage residents to participate in the census. Federal financial assistance is based on population so every resident who is counted means that the town, school districts, villages, fire districts are eligible for more funds. Our population increased to 95,397 from 88,373 ten years ago.
