Yonkers Insider: Mayor Spano Cracks Down On Graffiti.

 



Mayor Spano reactivated the Graffiti Hotline and is encouraging residents to report any knowledge they have of graffiti vandalism.

A $500 reward will be available to anyone providing information leading to the arrest of the person guilty of defacing buildings or structures.
