New vehicle expands Tech Rescue’s ability to respond to building collapses, confined space search and rescue missions, and other large-scale emergencies

 (Valhalla, NY) – County Executive George Latimer and the Department of Emergency Services will unveil a state-of-the-art rescue vehicle that will enhance the capabilities of the DES Technical Rescue Team. The Tech Rescue Team is trained to respond to a wide range of emergencies, including building collapses and incidents that involve confined space search and rescue.
