Please forward this E-News to family and friends who may be interested in this information. The long-awaited connection of the Bronx River Reservation Parkway trailway from Scarsdale going north to Hartsdale is now open! The 1.5 mile connection runs from Crane Road in Scarsdale to Greenacres Avenue in Hartsdale and creates an uninterrupted pathway from Kensico Dam to Bronxville. It is beautiful -- nicely planted with colorful perennials, ferns and bushes, and features occasional benches. The walkway is smooth and easy to walk on. This will be a welcome and enjoyable community asset for generations to come for Hartsdale and Scarsdale residents.
