Mount Vernon Insider: City of Mount Vernon: Welcome New Building Commissioner Patrick Holder.

 


Mr. Patrick Holder was hired as the Building Commissioner on June 10th. Mr. Holder carries bachelor degrees in Architecture and Landscape Architecture. Mr. Holder has been the architect and project manager on multi-million dollar projects across the world from Victoria Falls International Airport in Zimbabwe to The Brooklyn Supreme Court Building in New York. Commissioner Holder brings over 25+ experience in developing, designing, co-designing and management of large scale projects. He also comes with extensive knowledge of NYC zoning codes, planning and design.
