Regeneron's expansion is great news for our town. 1,000 new jobs, more tax revenue for unincorporated Greenburgh. Many of Regeneron's employees will want to move to town and shop in local stores. And, the work Regeneron does saves lives.
1,000 new jobs will be created in Greenburgh over the next six years. A $1.8 billion expansion of Regeneron's campus which is located in unincorporated Greenburgh. Significant additional revenue to the town. We're thrilled that Regeneron is expanding a research and development center in our town and pleased to partner with Regeneron and NYS on this important initiative. In addition to the jobs, tax revenue the town will receive - we also want to welcome the employees of Regeneron to our town.
Many will want to move to Greenburgh. Shop in our stores. This is a big win for the town. And, it's also a win for the world because Regeneron's research and innovations saves many lives.
A big thank you to the members of the Greenburgh Town Board, Planning Board and Zoning Board and to town staff for working so hard helping Regeneron with this important initiative.
