Yonkers Insider Investigates: KHADER/BUSS RELATIONSHIP DOCUMENTATION.

 

I have documentation to illustrate an apparent relationship and sharing of office space between Mike Khader & Jeff Buss. Attached please find the following:

1) The court's exhibit - a screenshot of Khader & Buss' law firm websites which both have 733 Yonkers Ave Suite 200.

2) The Court's decision in the Marion Scott v. Riverbay case. Please read the footnote on page 5. The court refutes the sworn affirmations of Khader and Buss as "troubling" "apparent inconsistencies."

3) Mike Khader's sworn affirmation dated 1/2020 in which he states that he does not share an office space with Jeff Buss.

4) Jeff Buss' sworn affirmation in which he also states the two firms do not share an office space.

5) Mike Khader's financial disclosures from 2018-2020. Please take notice that there is no mention of sharing an office space with Jeff Buss. Mr. Buss has been counsel for the council since 2018 when Khader took office. Also, notice Khader's failure to provide a suite number until 2020. One has to wonder whether it was intentionally omitted.

6) Jeff Buss' letter to the court dropping the frivolous lawsuit against Lakisha Collins-Bellamy. This was an attempt to keep her off the WFP ballot.

7) MK Notice of Entry dated 11/25/2019 which he signed. Please take notice that the address he used was suite 200. 

All these documents are public information and can be obtained via the NY ecourts website or a FOIL to the Yonkers Corporation Counsel. It is apparent from documents submitted and signed by Mr. Khader himself that he shared an office space with Mr. Buss at one time. The question remains: why was this information not disclosed and was rent paid to Mr. Buss?
