CITY OF YONKERS & WESTHAB PARTNER ON NEW INNOVATIVE STREET HOMELESS OUTREACH PROGRAM.

 

Project Connect to Service Unsheltered Homelessness in Downtown Yonkers.

 

Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano will join Westhab, Inc. Thursday, June 10 at 1PM at 100 N. Broadway to announce their partnership with Project Connect, a new pilot program to target unsheltered homeless in downtown Yonkers.

 

Project Connect, located at 100 N. Broadway, fills a void with current social service programs and conducts outreach to the street homeless population of Yonkers and works with individuals to create short and long-term goals toward ultimately attaining permanent housing.
