This past year has brought to light the importance of mental health. It has been a very difficult year for many people. Please join us for our 3rd annual “Into the Light Walk.”
You have the option of walking in-person or doing a virtual walk. The in-person walk is capped at 200 people. Please help us break the hold on the stigma associated with depression and anxiety. You matter!
