I was out in front of the old #ICA Italian Civic Association building located on the corner of North 5th Ave. and North St. Residents in the area have been complaining about this structure. It is wide open and is a magnet for diseased cats and squatters.

I spoke with a resident on North St. who did not want to be identified, but claims to have been begging the city to find a way to resolve this issue.
