The Yonkers City Council held a Rules Committee Meeting today, Tuesday, May 4, 2021. All items on the agenda appear below, as well as the decisions taken by the City Council in regard to these items. Items for Consideration - by Administration 1. Settlement by Law Department - $15,000.00 - payable to the City of Yonkers. City of Yonkers vs. Richard Whelan, Jackson Whelan, Martin Peterson, Claire Peterson - recovery of money from defaulted HUD Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program Loan (Moved to Council Agenda of May 11, 2021) 2. Resolution - Reappointment of Shaun Brown to the Landmarks Preservation Board. (Moved to Council Agenda of May 11, 2021) 3. Resolution - Reappointment of Kevin Cacace to the Landmarks Preservation Board. (Moved to Council Agenda of May 11, 2021) 4.
