First Time Candidate Carlos Burgos, Just got put back on the Ballot by the Appellate Division in the Primary for District 4 - Yonkers City Council, Just My Opinion: I think Burgos can give Councilman Rubbo a Race in this Primary. Burgos running on A Progressive Platform: Listening, Advocating, Fighting for Change in District 4, Education and Quality of Life in 4th District as well.
