Westchester Insider: Westchester County Legislator Jose Alvarado 17th District: Affordable Housing Applications Due May 27.

 

Dear Friends & Neighbors,

Applications for affordable apartments at the newly developed Overture at Brookfield Commons in White Plains must be postmarked by Thursday, May 27.  This is a mixed income development with rents affordable to households between 30% and 87% of the Westchester County Median Income.  Rent levels and maximum household incomes are listed on the first page of the application.  Eight (8) apartments are targeted to very low income households.  The development also includes apartments which are fully accessible for households with a member who is mobility or sensory impaired. The apartments will be available for occupancy by year's end.
