(White Plains, NY) – Westchester County Executive George Latimer will join New York City Department of Environmental Protection Commissioner Vincent Sapienza and Westchester County Parks and Recreation Commissioner Kathleen O’Connor to turn on the storied Croton Gorge Fountain. Built in 1906, the fountain has been out of service due to repairs and upgrades around the Dam.
