School Board and School Budget Elections are Coming Up on May 18th
School Board and School Budget elections are coming up on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, throughout Westchester (except in the City of Yonkers).
Elections will be held in person at traditional polling sites used by our local school boards, but voters may also choose to vote by absentee ballot if they meet the legal qualifications, including concerns about COVID-19.
To vote by absentee ballot you must request a ballot by mail 7 days prior to the vote, or in person no later than May 17, from the clerk of your school district. The clerk will mail your ballot by regular mail no later than 6 days prior to the election. Absentee ballots must be received by the school district clerk by 5:00 p.m. on May 18, either in person or by mail.
