I know that a lot of people in our community have had many questions and concerns in regards to the Ludlow Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement (DGEIS). As a result, I, along with my colleagues, Councilmembers Shanae Williams and Tasha Diaz, as well as the Yonkers Department of Planning have scheduled a DGEIS Virtual Town Hall Meeting to explain the process in layman's terms.
