YONKERS, NY - April 15, 2021 -   "I am beyond excited to hear that Mayor Spano is proposing a 0% tax levy- the first time this is being proposed in over 20 years.  The COVID-19 pandemic has hit this city’s families hard and seeing that property taxes will remain flat is great news for our residents,” stated Councilman Rubbo. 

“The key highlights presented today by Mayor Spano are a great start to this year’s budget season. The additional funding for education, investment in infrastructure and flat tax levy are all great news for our residents  I look forward to a deep dive into the proposed Executive Budget,” added Councilman John Rubbo
