Greenburgh Insider: Elevator installation update- Hartsdale train station.


Bids for elevator should be awarded in the fall of this year -with construction starting next year. Great news for the elderly and disabled

Elevator update - Hartsdale Train Station. Metro North advises that they will advertise within the next month. There will be a 5 months procurement phase until award (on or about September 2021).


Actual work may be visible in the 1st quarter of 2022.   Glad that an elevator will be installed at the Hartsdale Train station. A very necessary and important project that will make commuting much better for the disabled and elderly. 


We've been pushing for this for years.
