Dear Friend, 

The City of Yonkers continues to boom!

This week, we broke ground at Target's newest location, the former Sears site at Cross County Shopping Center. 

Target's location will feature 130,000 square feet of retail space and be the largest retail lease transaction in the nation, making Yonkers a leader and an attractive city for national retailers. 

The national retail is expected to open in 2022.
