Westchester County Office for People with Disabilities Provides Free Transportation for People to Receive COVID-19 Vaccine.
The Westchester County Office for People with Disabilities is offering free transportation service to senior citizens and disabled residents who are not registered with ParaTransit, who are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
The transportation service is not limited to County-run vaccination sites only; any senior citizen or disabled person may use the service for any location, including appointments at local pharmacies.
If you would like to take advantage of the transportation service, call ParaTransit at 914-995-7272 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to make a reservation, 24-hours prior to your vaccination date.
