The Men Of The Cloth are in support for a redevelopment project for the Glenwood Power Plant, in northwest Yonkers. The Power Plant, formerly the Glenwood Power Plant, and The Manor, formerly the W.B. Thompson Mansion, have sat vacant or underutilized for decades and the men of the good book say its time to clear the way for developers. The Power Plant will be transformed into a premier office and event space. The Manor will be transformed into a complementary event space They are planning to build a parking deck with a rooftop public park at JFK Marina, which has faced some community opposition.
