Communities across the tri-state area were hit by a nor’easter, the likes of which have not seen in a while. Yonkers was hit particularly hard with 20+ inches. Thank you to the Department of Public Works and Parks Department members for working around the clock to clear as much snow as possible.
As we continue to clean up our City, we are also preparing for another snowstorm this weekend. The City of Yonkers is ready for the inclement weather but reminds residents to stay off the roads if possible to allow our plows and salt trucks to operate effectively.
