Westchester County Camp Registration Opens.
(Ardsley, NY) – Westchester County’s Nature, Young Farmers, and Hole-in-One Junior Golf Camps are scheduled to reopen this summer. Registration for these popular camps begins on Thursday, Feb. 18 and will continue through the next few weeks.
County Executive George Latimer said: “This will be the second summer we are opening our day camps with Covid-19 protocols in place. Although they will operate differently than they normally would, we are glad we can offer our children an in-person experience during a time of great uncertainty.”
Camps start on Monday, July 5 and run through Friday, Aug. 26.
Commissioner of the Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation Kathy O’Connor said: “We are proud to be opening our camps for another great summer. They introduce our youngest visitors to the world around them and provide outstanding hands-on learning experiences.”
