Health & Fitness expert Tarsha Gibbons will lead an 8-week program to discuss topics such as "How to keep that New Year's Resolution!" She will advise on the most useful tips and practices for mental and physical health and wellness. This health group will meet every Thursday at 10:30 am for 8- weeks beginning on January 7th, 2021.
Participants of this program will learn simple ways of eating healthy that they can adopt and sustain easily, including physical exercises that can be done at home to increase flexibility, strength, and endurance.
