* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey and southeast New York.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 6 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening
commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
