Sources tell Yonkers Insider that Yonkers City Council Majority Leader, Corazon Pineda Issac of the 2nd District will seek Re-Election in the 2021 Election Cycle.
Majority Leader Pineda Issac has been on the Yonkers City Council since being Elected in 2013 winning two Political Races beating Former Yonkers City Councilman Wilson Terrero, in 2013 and 2017.
Corazon currently serves as the Yonkers City Council Majority Leader and is active on various Yonkers City Council Committees. She is a Life-Long Democrat and she fights to protect those principles as A Democrat to ensure that Yonkers Residents have A Yonkers School System that will continue to keep our City Residents proud and other Issues on top of her list are: Fighting Crime and Providing Quality Municipal Services to all neighborhood in our City Of Hills as well going forward.
