Special Ordinance – Bond Ordinance of the City of Yonkers, New York Authorizing funding for the Nepperhan Avenue Watermain Redundancy Project; stating the estimated maximum cost thereof is $5,000,000; appropriating said amount thereof and authorizing the issuance of bonds of said city in the principal amount of not to exceed $5,000,000 to finance said appropriation (Moved to City Council Agenda of December 8, 2020)
2. Resolution - State Environmental Quality Review Act for Water Capital Projects in and for the City of Yonkers (Moved to City Council Agenda of December 8, 2020)
3. 3. By Council President Khader, Majority Leader Pineda-Isaac, Minority Leader Breen, Councilmembers Williams, Diaz, Rubbo And Merante - Commissioner Of Deeds (Moved to City Council Agenda of December 8, 2020)
4. (Add-on) Street renaming - intersection of Park Hill Avenue and Herriot Place in honor of the late Jonathan Maldonado) - (Moved to City Council Agenda of December 8, 2020 with a roll call vote of 6-1, with Minority Leader Mike Breen voting no, provided that City Clerk's office can call a Public Hearing before then)
