YONKERS, NY - December 23, 2020 - "Today's tragic news has sent shockwaves through the Yonkers community. I would like to offer my most sincere condolences to the families of Brandon Sierra, Randy Brisbane, Tamari Watkins and Anthony Cruz. These young lives were stolen by a reckless driver. As a father of three, my heart absolutely breaks for these families.
