Yonkers Insider: We Endorse Rob Astorino for New York State Senate in the 40th District.
We Endorse Former Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino in his bid for the 40th New York State Senate District. One thing about Rob, when he was our Westchester County Executive, he always kept his promises and Rob is not beholden to anyone, He is only beholden to We the People and that is very refreshing and We would like to see Rob back in Elected Office.
We need Elected Officials like Rob Astorino, who has always reached across the aisle to work with the other side, in these days of Political Divide, that is extremely important. Rob's Opponent is one of Governor Cuomo's people, We can a strong message to King Andrew by Electing Rob to the New York State Senate in the 40th District on Election Day, November 3rd.
Many of Senator Harckham's Policies are very progressive and have hurt his District and our State in my view, Let's have a New Start and Elect Rob to the New York State Senate.
His Opponent is New York State Senator Pete Harckham. We wish him the best in this race.
