We hope that you find our E-News mailings a useful way to stay informed about important issues and community events across the district and the County.

It has come to our attention, however, that some people who are Optimum e-mail users have not be receiving our mailings on time.

Optimum has informed the Westchester County Information Technology Department that the issue relates to Optimum's recent implementation of a new filtering platform which requires adjustment. The IT Department is working with Optimum to resolve the issue.

I'm sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused with recent mailings, but please be assured we are working to ensure that we can continue to deliver important and useful County information to you, accurately and on time.
