Yonkers Insider: Town of Greenburgh Desk.
In the past when there have been prolonged power outages some ratepayers have sued Con Ed- but lost in court. I believe that if Con Ed is negligent in preparing for storms than ratepayers or local governments should have the ability to sue for damages--lost wages, all food losses, hotel stays, restaurant bills, etc.. Would be interested in participating in a class action lawsuit on a contingency basis (no taxpayer dollars used for lawsuit). If any attorney is interested let me know: pfeiner@greenburghny.com
